Mom’s Health Fudge Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
02 - 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
03 - 1/2 cup honey

→ Dry Mix

04 - 1/2 cup cacao powder
05 - 1/4 cup sesame seeds
06 - 1/4 cup chia seeds
07 - 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
08 - 1/4 cup chopped nuts (toasted walnuts and pecans recommended) plus extra for topping
09 - 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips plus extra for topping

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt together the sunflower seed butter, peanut butter, and honey.
02 - When the mixture is blended together, remove the pan from heat, stir in the cacao powder, and mix well.
03 - Stir in the rest of the ingredients and mix well again.
04 - Press the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and top with the extra chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
05 - Refrigerate for about 2 hours, then slice into squares.

01 - Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerated for up to two weeks.
02 - Freeze in a freezer-safe airtight container for up to three months.
