Heat skillet over medium heat, add butter, and grill onigiri for 1 minute per side. Brush miso paste on each side and continue grilling until crispy. Garnish with chives and sesame seeds.

Heat skillet over medium heat with vegetable oil and grill onigiri for 1 minute per side. Brush soy sauce on each side as you flip multiple times until crispy. Top with butter and garnish with rice seasonings.
