Mexican Street Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tbsp soy sauce.
02 - 2 tbsp lime juice.
03 - 2 tbsp canola oil.
04 - 3 cloves garlic.
05 - 2 tsp chili powder.
06 - 1 tsp cumin.
07 - 1 tsp oregano.
08 - 1.5 lbs skirt steak.
09 - 12 mini flour tortillas.
10 - 3/4 cup red onion.
11 - 1/2 cup cilantro.
12 - 1 lime for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix marinade ingredients. Combine with steak in bag and marinate 1-4 hours.
02 - Heat oil in cast iron skillet. Cook steak with marinade 5-6 minutes until browned.
03 - Fill warm tortillas with steak, top with onion, cilantro and lime.

# Notes:

01 - Marinate at least 1 hour.
02 - Use high heat for browning.
03 - Warm tortillas before serving.
