Breakfast Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups crusty bread cubes.
02 - 1 tsp olive oil.
03 - 1 lb ground pork sausage.
04 - 1 tsp dried herbs.
05 - 3/4 cup chopped onion.
06 - 2 garlic cloves.
07 - 2 cups bell peppers.
08 - 1 cup mushrooms.
09 - 1 cup spinach.
10 - 12 large eggs.
11 - 2/3 cup milk.
12 - Salt and pepper.
13 - 1 cup cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Grease 9x13 dish. Layer bread cubes on bottom.
02 - Cook sausage with vegetables until softened. Spread over bread.
03 - Whisk eggs, milk, cheese and seasonings. Pour over sausage mixture.
04 - Cover and chill 30 mins to 24 hours. Bake at 375°F for 40-45 minutes until set.
