louisiana remoulade spicy sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 160 ml real mayonnaise
02 - 60 g whole grain mustard
03 - 30 g prepared horseradish
04 - 15 ml ketchup
05 - 10 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
06 - 4 g dried parsley
07 - 4 g dried snipped chives
08 - 4 g all-purpose Creole seasoning
09 - 5 g minced garlic
10 - 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
11 - 2 g sugar (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl or large measuring jug, whisk together mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, horseradish, ketchup, lemon juice, parsley, chives, Creole seasoning, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and optional sugar until completely blended.
02 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld for best taste.
03 - Serve cold as an accompaniment for seafood, vegetables, sandwiches, or burgers.

01 - Adjust horseradish and Creole seasoning to taste for preferred heat level.
