# Ingredients:

10 - 1 cup shredded zucchini, squeezed dry.
11 - 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream.
12 - 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze).
13 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice (for glaze).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease loaf pan.
02 - Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
03 - Beat sugar, eggs, and oil until creamy. Add lemon juice, zest, and yogurt.
04 - Add dry ingredients to wet mixture gradually. Fold in zucchini.
05 - Pour into pan and bake 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
