02 - 1/4 cup coconut flour
03 - 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or your favorite keto-friendly sweetener
04 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ For the Cream Cheese Filling

09 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
10 - 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
11 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 - 1 large egg yolk

→ For the Glaze (Optional)

13 - 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
14 - 1-2 teaspoons heavy cream
15 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, powdered erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until a dough forms.
03 - Divide the dough into 6-8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and flatten it slightly on the prepared baking sheet. Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to create an indent in the center of each dough portion to hold the cream cheese filling.
04 - In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until smooth and creamy.
05 - Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the indentations of each danish. Spread it out slightly to fill the well.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges of the danishes are golden brown and the filling is set. Let them cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
07 - In a small bowl, mix together the powdered erythritol, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled danishes before serving.
