Mix mayo, condensed milk, honey and lemon juice in a bowl.

Cook sugar and water until syrupy. Add walnuts, coat quickly and separate on parchment.

Season shrimp. Whisk egg whites until foamy, mix with cornstarch. Coat shrimp.

Heat oil to 350-375°F. Fry shrimp in batches 2-3 minutes until golden.
