Honey Lime Basil Peach Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Fruits

01 - 4 large yellow peaches, ripe but firm, sliced
02 - 250 grams blackberries
03 - 110 grams blueberries
04 - Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate

→ Herbs and Sweetener

05 - 6 large fresh basil leaves, cut into thin ribbons
06 - 1–2 teaspoons honey
07 - Juice of 1/2 lime

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the peaches into even segments and place them in a large mixing bowl along with the blackberries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds.
02 - Add the basil ribbons to the bowl. Drizzle the fruit with honey and freshly squeezed lime juice.
03 - Gently toss all ingredients together using tongs until evenly coated. Serve immediately for best freshness.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal basil color and aroma, add sliced basil just before serving.
02 - Salad can be prepared up to 1 day in advance; store covered and refrigerate, adding basil last to maintain its vibrant hue.
03 - Keeps fresh in the refrigerator for 2–4 days when stored in an airtight container.
