01 -
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
02 -
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, unsalted butter, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, mustard, dried basil, and dried oregano. Reserve 1–2 tablespoons of the sauce for serving.
03 -
Drizzle a baking sheet with olive oil and arrange the sweet potato and small potatoes on it. Season with kosher salt and black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
04 -
Distribute sliced kielbasa over the potatoes. Brush generously with the honey garlic sauce, keeping the reserved portion aside. Bake in the center of the oven for 20 minutes.
05 -
While baking, toss chopped broccoli with a little olive oil, salt, and black pepper. After 20 minutes, add the broccoli to the baking sheet and continue roasting for 5–10 minutes, until the broccoli is bright green and just tender.
06 -
Remove the tray from the oven. Brush the kielbasa with saved sauce or drizzle over the entire pan before serving.
