05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 1-2 teaspoons kosher salt

→ Honey Garlic Sauce

08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
10 - 2 tablespoons honey
11 - 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar
12 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
13 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
14 - 1 tablespoon Dijon or stone-ground mustard
15 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
16 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
02 - In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, unsalted butter, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, mustard, dried basil, and dried oregano. Reserve 1–2 tablespoons of the sauce for serving.
03 - Drizzle a baking sheet with olive oil and arrange the sweet potato and small potatoes on it. Season with kosher salt and black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
04 - Distribute sliced kielbasa over the potatoes. Brush generously with the honey garlic sauce, keeping the reserved portion aside. Bake in the center of the oven for 20 minutes.
05 - While baking, toss chopped broccoli with a little olive oil, salt, and black pepper. After 20 minutes, add the broccoli to the baking sheet and continue roasting for 5–10 minutes, until the broccoli is bright green and just tender.
06 - Remove the tray from the oven. Brush the kielbasa with saved sauce or drizzle over the entire pan before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Select potatoes such as purple, Yukon gold, or baby red for varied color and texture.
02 - For best results, reheat leftovers in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes.
