Ice Cream Layer Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 Oreo cookies (110g).
02 - 2 tbsp butter, melted (28g).
03 - 1.5 qt chocolate ice cream (1.42L).
04 - 1.5 qt strawberry ice cream (1.42L).
05 - 1 cup hot fudge sauce (227g).
06 - 2 cups cold heavy cream (480ml).
07 - 1/3 cup powdered sugar (40g).
08 - 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
09 - Sprinkles for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Crush Oreos into coarse crumbs, mix with melted butter. Line springform pan with plastic wrap.
02 - Spread softened chocolate ice cream in pan. Freeze 30 minutes.
03 - Spread half the fudge sauce over chocolate ice cream, top with Oreo mixture. Freeze 30 minutes.
04 - Add remaining fudge, spread strawberry ice cream on top. Freeze 12 hours.
05 - Make whipped cream with heavy cream, sugar and vanilla. Cover cake with whipped cream and sprinkles.

# Notes:

01 - Keep layers frozen between steps.
02 - Can use any ice cream flavors.
03 - Serve immediately after decorating.
