Whisk flour, 50 grams sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, salt, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl until homogenous.

Add milk, 28 grams melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir with a spatula until a cohesive dough forms.

Preheat oven to 175°C. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to a thickness of 3 millimetres.

Remove the top parchment sheet. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice dough into 1.25 centimetre squares. Slide parchment with cut dough onto a baking sheet.

Transfer baking sheet to the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, until squares are golden and crisp.

Meanwhile, combine 25 grams sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl. Melt 14 grams butter in a separate bowl.

Brush the baked squares with melted butter while warm. Sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
