Healthy High Protein Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup frozen mixed berries (190 g)
02 - 1 cup milk (236 mL)
03 - 1 banana
04 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
05 - ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (120 g)

# Instructions:

01 - Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.
02 - Place all ingredients except milk in a freezer-safe bag. When ready to consume, add milk and blend.

# Notes:

01 - For a vitamin boost, add 1 cup spinach, 1 cup kale, or 1 carrot.
02 - Enhance protein and healthy fats with 1 tablespoon nut butter, chia seeds, or flax seeds; ¼ cup cottage cheese; or ¼ block silken tofu.
