1 cup frozen mixed berries (190 g)

1 cup milk (236 mL)

1 banana

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (120 g)
# Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.

Place all ingredients except milk in a freezer-safe bag. When ready to consume, add milk and blend.

For a vitamin boost, add 1 cup spinach, 1 cup kale, or 1 carrot.
