# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 16 oz (450g) Brussels sprouts, rinsed
02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
03 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC) with the rack placed in the middle.
02 - Trim the bottom of the Brussels sprouts, and slice each Brussels sprout in half, top to bottom.
03 - Lightly oil a rimmed baking sheet. Optionally, line it with parchment paper for easier cleanup, though you may lose caramelization.
04 - Pat the Brussels sprouts dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat evenly.
05 - Transfer Brussels sprouts to the prepared baking sheet and spread them evenly into a single layer, cut side down.
06 - Bake the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Adjust the time based on your oven.
07 - Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy!
