Garlic Cauliflower Mushroom Dish (Print Version)

01 - 2 tbsp olive oil
02 - 2 tbsp butter
03 - 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
04 - 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - ½ tsp smoked paprika
07 - ½ tsp Italian seasoning
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste
10 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
11 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
12 - Fresh parsley, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter.
02 - Add cauliflower and cook for 5-6 minutes until slightly golden. Add mushrooms and continue cooking for 4-5 more minutes.
03 - Stir in garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
04 - Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with Parmesan (if using), and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Toasted almonds or pine nuts make a great topping if extra crunch is desired.
02 - For a spicy variation, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
03 - Prefer a cheesy version? Stir in shredded mozzarella before serving.
