02 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese, blended until smooth

04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

06 - 1 teaspoon honey or sweetener

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 300°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Separate eggs into two bowls.
02 - Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
03 - Combine egg yolks, blended cottage cheese, salt, and optional ingredients until smooth.
04 - Gently fold whipped egg whites into yolk mixture in thirds, maintaining as much air as possible.
05 - Form 6-8 rounds on baking sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
