Eggnog Blondie Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup butter, melted.
02 - 1 cup brown sugar.
03 - 1 egg.
04 - 1 tsp vanilla.
05 - 1 cup flour.
06 - 1/2 tsp nutmeg.
07 - 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
08 - Pinch salt.
09 - 16 oz cream cheese.
10 - 1/2 cup sugar.
11 - 2 eggs for filling.
12 - 1/2 cup eggnog.
13 - 1 tsp vanilla for filling.
14 - 1/2 tsp nutmeg for filling.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
02 - Mix butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla. Fold in flour and spices. Press into pan.
03 - Bake crust 8-10 minutes until just set.
04 - Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in eggnog and spices.
05 - Pour over crust, bake 30-35 minutes until mostly set. Cool then chill 4 hours.

01 - Chill at least 4 hours.
02 - Can make day ahead.
03 - Store in refrigerator.
