# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packs instant ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded

→ Peanut Sauce

02 - 2 tablespoons peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
03 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
05 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
06 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
09 - 1/4 cup water, or as needed

→ Garnish

10 - Chopped green onions (optional)
11 - Sesame seeds (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Boil water and cook ramen noodles 3-4 minutes according to package. Drain and set aside.
02 - Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic powder, and pepper flakes. Add water until smooth.
03 - Toss cooked noodles with peanut sauce, adding more water if needed for desired consistency.
04 - Top with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately.
