Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes, until hot but not smoking.

Cook fillets 3-4 minutes until edges are opaque and golden brown. Flip and cook 2-4 minutes more until flaky. Transfer to plate and cover.

Reduce heat to medium-low. Melt butter, add lemon juice and garlic powder. Cook 1-2 minutes until thickened.

Drizzle plates with sauce, top with fish, and add more sauce. Serve hot.
