Easy Lemon Tiramisu (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tiramisu Filling

01 - 16 oz mascarpone cheese, chilled
02 - Zest from 2 lemons
03 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
04 - 1 cup confectioner's sugar
05 - 2 cups heavy whipping cream, well chilled
06 - 1 cup lemon curd

→ Limoncello Syrup

07 - 1/2 cup lemon juice
08 - 1/2 cup limoncello liqueur
09 - 1 cup water

→ Assembly

10 - 45 lady finger cookies
11 - 1 1/4 cups lemon curd
12 - 1 lemon, sliced for garnish

→ Whipped Cream Topping

13 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
14 - 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
15 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare homemade lemon curd and chill completely in refrigerator.
02 - Beat chilled mascarpone with sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest. Gradually add cream until fluffy. Fold in 1 cup lemon curd.
03 - Combine lemon juice, limoncello, and water for dipping cookies.
04 - Dip lady fingers in syrup mixture and layer with filling in casserole dish. Top with remaining lemon curd.
05 - Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
06 - Make whipped cream topping, pipe on dessert, and garnish with lemon slices.
