# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1/2 cup olive oil
03 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 tablespoon dried oregano
06 - 1 tablespoon dried thyme
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Additional Ingredients

09 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
10 - 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, halved
11 - 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

→ For Topping

12 - 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
13 - Fresh parsley, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
02 - Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot, and pour the marinade mixture over the chicken.
03 - Add the chicken broth, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes to the crockpot.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
05 - Once done, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the chicken and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
