01 - Fresh strawberries
02 - 1 cup chocolate chips
03 - 1/2 teaspoon Crisco shortening

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and thoroughly dry strawberries, keeping them cold in the fridge until ready to use.
02 - Microwave chocolate chips and Crisco for 40 seconds. Stir thoroughly, and if needed, microwave for additional 10-second intervals.
03 - Hold strawberries by the stem, dip in melted chocolate, and place on wax paper to set.
