Devilled BLT Egg Sliders Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 slices double-smoked bacon, halved.
02 - 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled.
03 - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise.
04 - 1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped.
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped.
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped.
07 - 2 teaspoons grainy mustard.
08 - 3 leaves iceberg or leaf lettuce.
09 - 12 slices cocktail tomatoes.
10 - 12 cocktail picks.
11 - Fresh dill for garnish (optional).
12 - Everything bagel seasoning (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Boil eggs, remove from heat and let stand covered 9 minutes. Transfer to ice bath, peel.
02 - Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
03 - Halve eggs, remove yolks. Mix yolks with mayo, capers, herbs and mustard.
04 - Fill egg whites. Add bacon, lettuce and tomato. Top with remaining egg halves.
05 - Secure with cocktail picks. Garnish with dill and seasoning if desired.
