01 - 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 2 tbsp butter
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - ¼ cup breadcrumbs
08 - 1 tbsp olive oil
09 - 1 tsp dried oregano
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
03 - Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
04 - In a baking dish, spread the shrimp evenly and pour heavy cream over them. Sprinkle Parmesan, mozzarella, and breadcrumbs on top. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano.
05 - Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
06 - Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
