Drain and rinse the beans thoroughly.

Using a food processor, blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips until smooth.

After blending, mix in the chocolate chips gently by hand.

Grease a 9 or 10-inch springform pan. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan.

Serve hot, or let the cookie pie cool to your desired temperature. Store leftovers as needed.
