Deep Dish Cookie Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cans white beans or garbanzo beans, drained (500g)
02 - 1 cup quick oats or almond flour
03 - 1/4 cup applesauce or plain yogurt
04 - 3 tbsp oil or 1/4 cup nut butter
05 - 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
06 - 2 tsp baking powder
07 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1 1/2 cups brown sugar or unrefined sugar
10 - 1 cup chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Drain and rinse the beans thoroughly.
02 - Using a food processor, blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips until smooth.
03 - After blending, mix in the chocolate chips gently by hand.
04 - Grease a 9 or 10-inch springform pan. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
05 - Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
06 - Serve hot, or let the cookie pie cool to your desired temperature. Store leftovers as needed.

# Notes:

01 - For a smoother texture, using a food processor is recommended over a blender.
