Crispy Greek Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - 1 lb chicken tenders
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - Juice of 1 lemon
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tsp dried oregano
06 - 1 tsp dried thyme
07 - 1 tsp paprika
08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
10 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
02 - Add chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring even coating. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
03 - Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle olive oil if using a skillet to prevent sticking.
04 - Remove chicken from marinade and let excess drip off. Cook on the grill or skillet for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
05 - Let the chicken rest for a few minutes to retain juices. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Marinating longer enhances the flavors; allow up to 2 hours for optimal taste.
