Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips (Print Version)

01 - 1 cup (225g) cottage cheese
02 - 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
03 - ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
04 - ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - If your cottage cheese is watery, strain it through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove excess liquid. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
03 - Spoon small dollops (about 1 tablespoon each) of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Use the back of the spoon to gently flatten each dollop into a thin circle, about 2-3 inches wide.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy. For extra crispiness, flip the chips halfway through baking and continue cooking until fully crisp.
05 - Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. They will crisp up further as they cool. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
