Crispy Caramel Pecan Baklava Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package phyllo pastry cups
02 - 1 cup pecans, chopped
03 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Caramel Sauce

06 - 1/2 cup caramel sauce
07 - 1/4 cup honey
08 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
09 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
03 - Place phyllo cups on baking sheet, fill with pecan mixture. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden.
04 - Warm caramel sauce with honey and vanilla over low heat until combined.
05 - Drizzle warm caramel-honey mixture over baked cups. Let cool slightly before serving.
