Creamy Beef Rotini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz rotini pasta.
02 - 1 lb ground beef.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 2 tbsp flour.
05 - 2 cups milk.
06 - 1 cup grated Parmesan.
07 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
08 - Salt and pepper.
09 - 2 tbsp olive oil or butter.
10 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook rotini in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
02 - Brown beef in oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes. Drain fat.
03 - Cook minced garlic with beef until fragrant, about 1 minute.
04 - Add flour to beef mixture. Gradually stir in milk and simmer until thickened.
05 - Mix in cheese and seasonings until melted. Toss with pasta, adding pasta water if needed.

# Notes:

01 - Can use ground turkey instead of beef.
02 - Add pasta water to adjust sauce thickness.
03 - Top with extra cheese if desired.
