Creamy Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs (Print Version)

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese
02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or preferred)
04 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions or chives (optional)
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
03 - Combine cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheese, green onions, and any vegetables in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
04 - Pour mixture into prepared dish and bake 25-30 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden.
