Cowboy Tater Tot Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 32 oz frozen tater tots
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 1 onion, diced
04 - 15.5 oz cream corn
05 - 10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup
06 - 1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
07 - 2 cups colby jack cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 9x13 baking dish.
02 - Brown beef, drain fat. Add onion and seasoning, cook 3 minutes.
03 - Add soup and corn to beef mixture. Simmer 2-4 minutes.
04 - Pour mixture in dish, top with half cheese. Layer tater tots on top, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
05 - Bake 30 minutes until bubbly. Optional: broil 3-5 minutes for crispy top.
