Cosmic Brownie Bites Healthy Gluten-Free (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Bite Base

01 - 225 g medjool dates, pitted and packed
02 - 140 g whole almonds
03 - 120 g walnut halves
04 - 20 g unsweetened shredded coconut
05 - 25 g unsweetened cocoa powder
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
07 - 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
08 - 15–30 ml maple syrup, as needed

→ Topping

09 - 50 g candy-coated chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Place medjool dates, almonds, walnuts, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor.
02 - Blend the mixture until it forms a sticky dough that begins to clump together. If the texture remains crumbly, add 15–30 ml maple syrup and blend again until the dough is cohesive.
03 - Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl. Add candy-coated chocolate chips and mix thoroughly to distribute evenly.
04 - With clean hands, portion and roll the dough into 20 equally sized balls.

# Notes:

01 - Store the brownie bites in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerated for up to 1 week. For extended storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
