Snowball Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup butter, softened (230g).
02 - 1/2 cup condensed milk (120ml).
03 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
04 - 2 cups flour (250g).
05 - 1 cup chopped nuts (100g).
06 - 1/4 tsp salt.
07 - 1 cup powdered sugar (120g).

# Instructions:

01 - Beat butter until creamy. Add condensed milk and vanilla, mix well.
02 - Gradually mix in flour and salt. Fold in chopped nuts.
03 - Cover dough and refrigerate 30 minutes until firm.
04 - Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on lined baking sheet.
05 - Cook at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until bottoms are golden.
06 - Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar. Once cool, roll again for snowy coating.

# Notes:

01 - Can add cinnamon or almond extract.
02 - Roll twice in sugar for best coating.
03 - Keeps 1 week in airtight container.
