Place pretzel sticks in a large resealable bag. Pour the butter mixture over the pretzels. Gently shake and mix to ensure even coverage, taking care not to break the sticks.

Transfer coated pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet, arranging in a single, even layer. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once at the midpoint for uniform crispness.
