Cinnamon Roll Blondies Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 1 tsp baking powder
07 - 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
08 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
09 - 1 cup powdered sugar (for the glaze)
10 - 2 tbsp milk (for the glaze)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix melted butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
03 - Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract until fully combined.
04 - In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
05 - Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
06 - For the cinnamon swirl, combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Spread half of the batter in the prepared pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture on top, then add remaining batter and sprinkle with the rest of the mixture.
07 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown; a toothpick should come out clean from the center.
08 - While cooling slightly, whisk together powdered sugar and milk for the glaze. Drizzle over warm blondies before serving.
