Scoop into balls and place on lined baking sheet. Freeze 2 hours.

Process cereal into fine crumbs. Set up coating stations with flour, eggs, and crumbs.

Coat each ball in flour, egg, crumbs, then egg and crumbs again. Return to freezer 15 minutes.

Heat oil to 350°F. Fry 4 bites at a time until golden, about 1 minute.
