Preheat the oven to 325°F (162°C) and grease and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and sugars until the mixture reaches a paste-like consistency. Use a whisk or an electric mixer with a paddle attachment.

Add mashed bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract to the wet mixture. Mix until well combined.

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the prepared batter into the greased and lined loaf pan. Spread it evenly and sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top if desired.

Bake for 60–75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let it cool completely in the pan before removing. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
