03 - 100g granulated sugar
04 - 110g unsalted butter, melted
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
07 - 130g 2% Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
08 - 180g all-purpose flour or 1-to-1 gluten-free baking flour
09 - 1 tsp baking soda
10 - 1/2 tsp salt
11 - 140g mini chocolate chips, plus extra for topping

02 - In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and sugars until the mixture reaches a paste-like consistency. Use a whisk or an electric mixer with a paddle attachment.
04 - Add mashed bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract to the wet mixture. Mix until well combined.

06 - Pour the prepared batter into the greased and lined loaf pan. Spread it evenly and sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top if desired.
07 - Bake for 60–75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let it cool completely in the pan before removing. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.

# Notes:

01 - For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free banana bread flour and add chocolate chips.
