Chimichurri Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup olive oil.
02 - 2 tbsp white wine vinegar.
03 - 1 garlic clove, minced.
04 - 1/2 tsp sea salt.
05 - 1/4 tsp dried oregano.
06 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
07 - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika.
08 - 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and spices in a bowl.
02 - Stir in chopped parsley. Season to taste.

# Notes:

01 - Can use mortar and pestle.
02 - Can freeze in ice cube trays.
03 - Great on vegetables or grains.
