# Ingredients:

1/3 cup olive oil.

2 tbsp white wine vinegar.

1 garlic clove, minced.

1/2 tsp sea salt.

1/4 tsp dried oregano.

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.

1/4 tsp smoked paprika.

1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped.
# Instructions:

Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and spices in a bowl.

Stir in chopped parsley. Season to taste.

Can use mortar and pestle.

Can freeze in ice cube trays.
