Chicken Noodle Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 12 ounces wide egg noodles
02 - 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
03 - 20 ounces (2 cans) cream of chicken soup
04 - 1 cup milk
05 - 10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Topping

08 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
09 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook noodles according to package directions.
02 - Combine noodles, chicken, soup, milk, vegetables, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
03 - Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over casserole.
04 - Bake 20 minutes until bubbly. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can use rotisserie chicken to save time
02 - Thaw vegetables overnight in fridge
03 - Stores 3 days in fridge or 3 months frozen
