Chicken Garlic Parmesan Pasta Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
02 - 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast.
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika.
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano.
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon thyme.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
09 - 12 ounces farfalle pasta.
10 - 4 tablespoons butter.
11 - 2 teaspoons dry shallots.
12 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning.
13 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
14 - 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour.
15 - 3 cups heavy cream.
16 - 12 ounces shredded parmesan.
17 - 1/4 cup pasta water.
18 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
19 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta until al dente according to package directions.
02 - Mix chicken seasonings. Pound chicken thin and season both sides.
03 - Sear chicken 5 minutes per side, then cover and cook 10-12 minutes more until done.
04 - Melt butter, add seasonings. Add flour then whisk in broth and cream until smooth.
05 - Add parmesan and cook until melted. Add pasta and pasta water to reach desired consistency.
06 - Slice rested chicken, add to pasta and serve.

02 - Use pasta water to thin sauce.
