Cheesy Parmesan Mozzarella Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese Mixture

01 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
02 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
03 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

→ Coating

04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ For Cooking & Serving

10 - Vegetable oil for frying
11 - Marinara sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Set up three shallow bowls: one with cheese and breadcrumb mixture, one with beaten eggs, and one with seasoned flour.
02 - Roll tablespoon-sized portions of cheese mixture into balls.
03 - Dredge each ball in flour mixture, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
04 - Heat oil to 350°F. Fry in batches 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
