Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bag (32 oz) frozen hash browns, thawed (cubed or shredded)
02 - 2 cups sour cream
03 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
04 - 1 can cream of chicken soup
05 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
06 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 13x9 pan; set aside.
02 - In a large bowl combine the potatoes, sour cream, onion, cream soup, 1 ½ cups cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Mix well and taste for additional salt and pepper if necessary.
03 - Spread mixture into prepared pan.
04 - Bake uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes.
05 - Remove from oven and top with remaining ½ cup of cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
