05 - 1 tsp chili powder
06 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
07 - 1 tsp cumin
08 - ½ tsp salt
09 - ½ tsp black pepper
10 - ½ cup salsa
11 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

→ Assembly

13 - 6 large flour tortillas
14 - ½ cup sour cream
15 - ½ cup chopped lettuce
16 - ½ cup diced tomatoes
17 - ¼ cup chopped cilantro (optional)

→ Fries

18 - 4 medium russet potatoes
19 - 2 tbsp olive oil
20 - 1 tsp garlic powder
21 - 1 tsp paprika
22 - ½ tsp salt
23 - ½ tsp pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and optionally peel the potatoes. Cut them into evenly sized fries. Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
02 - Preheat the oven to 220°C or heat oil in a deep fryer to 190°C. Pat the fries dry and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Arrange fries on a baking sheet or fry in batches. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, or fry until golden brown.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the diced onions until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Cook the ground beef, breaking it apart, until browned. Drain excess grease. Add chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Stir in salsa and simmer for 5 minutes.
04 - Warm the tortillas to make them pliable. Spread sour cream in the center of each tortilla. Add beef filling, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro. Fold the sides inward, and roll tightly to seal.
05 - Serve burritos with a heaping portion of fries. Offer toppings like guacamole, extra cheese, or jalapeños, and pair fries with ketchup or dipping sauce.
