Cheesy Burger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar.
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, soft.
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
05 - 1 tsp onion powder.
06 - Salt and pepper.
07 - 16 oz refrigerated biscuits.
08 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan.
09 - 2 tbsp melted butter.
10 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Brown beef, drain. Mix in seasonings, cream cheese and cheddar until combined.
03 - Flatten biscuits, add filling to center, fold and seal edges completely.
04 - Mix melted butter with parmesan, brush on bombs.
05 - Cook 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool slightly, garnish with parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Can use different ground meats.
02 - Freezes well up to 3 months.
03 - Add spice with cayenne if desired.
