Cheese-Filled Garlic Knots Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound pizza dough.
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Divide dough into 12 pieces. Flatten each, add cheese, fold and seal into knots.
03 - Mix melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, and salt.
04 - Brush knots generously with garlic butter mixture.
05 - Bake 12-15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
06 - Brush with additional garlic butter if desired. Serve warm with marinara.

01 - Seal edges well to prevent leaks.
02 - Can brush with egg wash.
