Burrata Pistachio White Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1/3 cup red onion, sliced
04 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1 ball burrata cheese
06 - 1 cup arugula
07 - 1/4 cup pistachios

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C.
02 - Using your hands or a rolling pin, stretch and shape the pizza dough to desired thickness. Transfer dough to a large baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil and set aside.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add sliced red onion and cook until translucent. Remove from heat and spread over prepared dough.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough and onions. Tear burrata into pieces and scatter across the surface.
05 - Place pizza in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is lightly golden.
06 - Remove pizza from the oven. Distribute arugula and pistachios evenly over the top.
07 - Return pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5–8 minutes, until arugula is wilted and pistachios are lightly toasted.
08 - Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Allow pizza dough to rest at room temperature for 20 minutes before stretching for easier handling.
