Brownie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 boxes brownie mix plus ingredients listed on box.
02 - 2 1/4 cups flour.
03 - 1 teaspoon salt.
04 - 2 sticks butter, softened.
05 - 3/4 cup sugar.
06 - 3/4 cup brown sugar.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
08 - 3 tablespoons milk.
09 - 2 cups chocolate chips.
10 - 2 cups dark chocolate, finely chopped.
11 - 1 cup heavy cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Spray four 9-inch pans with non-stick spray and line bottoms with parchment.
02 - Bake flour at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until 165°F. Cool completely.
03 - Prepare and bake brownie batter in prepared pans according to box directions. Cool completely.
04 - Cream butter and sugars. Mix in vanilla, heat-treated flour, salt and milk. Fold in chocolate chips.
05 - Stack brownie layers with cookie dough spread between. Cut final layer for topping.
06 - Pour hot cream over chopped chocolate, stir until smooth. Pour over cake and top with brownie pieces.
