01 - 1 cup cottage cheese
02 - 1 cup rolled oats
03 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
06 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or individual ramekins.
02 - For a smooth texture, blend the cottage cheese, oats, eggs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a blender or food processor until creamy. For a chunkier texture, whisk all ingredients together in a bowl without blending.
03 - Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
04 - Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
05 - Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is set and golden brown.
06 - Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, as-is, or topped with yogurt, nuts, or extra honey.
