Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large light tortilla or flatbread wrap
02 - 2 wedges cinnamon cream cheese spread
03 - 125 g frozen blueberries

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
02 - Spread cream cheese over half the tortilla and arrange blueberries evenly on top.
03 - Lightly coat skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
04 - Fold tortilla in half and cook for approximately 2 minutes per side until golden and blueberries are warmed through.
05 - Slice the quesadilla and enjoy immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Blueberry juice may drip while eating; everything holds together well and is less messy than expected.
02 - If cinnamon flavored cream cheese is unavailable, substitute with regular cream cheese and add a pinch of ground cinnamon.
