Blackberry Cottage Cheese Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 chicken breasts
02 - 1 cup cottage cheese
03 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
04 - 2 celery stalks, diced
05 - 2 green onions, sliced
06 - 1/2 cup blackberries (sliced in half or quarters, depending on size)
07 - 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
08 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

09 - Keto bread for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Cook chicken based on your preference (baked, boiled, grilled). Once cooked through, shred and chop into bite-sized pieces. Set aside to cool.
02 - Chop celery and onions.
03 - In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, celery, onions, blackberries and walnuts.
04 - Stir in the cottage cheese and mayo. Mix well.
05 - Season with salt and pepper.
06 - Serve as is, or on your favorite keto bread.
